 Foxtrot Security seeks disciplined, reliable professionals to join our team as Level III Commissioned Officers. 

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Level III Commissioned Security Officer License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)'
• Minimum age of 21 years
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of the mandatory Level III training course through a licensed training school (must include firearm proficiency)
• Clean criminal background check and no disqualifying mental health history
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Physically capable of extended patrols and standing post for prolonged periods
• Ability to think critically and respond effectively under pressure
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and client safety
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Familiarity with electronic report-writing tools 

 Our elite protection team is reserved for dedicated professionals with a high level of training and discretion. 

Candidates for Level IV PPO must meet these requirements:

• Valid Level IV PPO Certification issued by Texas DPS
• Current Level III Commissioned Officer license
• Completion of the Level IV training course through a DPS-approved academy
• Advanced proficiency in threat assessment, defensive tactics, and client de-escalation**
• Clean criminal background and mental health history
• Professional appearance and strong command presence
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills
• Must maintain discretion, confidentiality, and emotional control in all environments
• Availability for high-risk or executive-level assignments
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in executive protection or private investigations
• Tactical firearms training
• Verifiable protective details with high-profile clients
